Singapore Job Opportunity – S PASS
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
(Singapore experience mandatory)
Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,500 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: 4 days per month
Job Responsibilities
- Monthly project quantity measurements and cost calculations
- Preparation and submission of work-done & progress claims
- Coordination and communication with Main Contractor (MC) QS
- Assist in cost control, variation orders, and claims
- Preparation, review, and maintenance of project documents
Requirements
- Mandatory Singapore QS working experience
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, costing, and claims procedures
