Position: Architectural Drafter
Industry: Civil & Building Construction
• Open for Indian / Bangladeshi applicants
• Must have at least 4 years relevant working experience in Singapore
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for 2D drawings
• Capable of using Revit for 3D modelling
• Good understanding of construction methods
• Knowledge in reinforcement detailing and structural arrangements
• Ability to prepare formwork layouts and casting plans
• Can draft Construction Method Statements
• Able to create project presentation slides (PPT)
• Good communication in English is required
• Fixed monthly salary: SGD 3800 – 4500
• Working hours as per project site schedule
• No overtime claims for late work
• Accommodation will be arranged by the company
